Check Out

At Check-Out inventory, we visit the property at the end of the Tenancy, either with or without the Tenant present.The property is inspected throughout and the Check Out report will detail any differences between the present condition and cleanliness of the property to that described in the original Inventory report. 

 

Any differences will be noted in the report sent to the Agent or Landlord.

 

Having a good Inventory report or Check-in at the start of the tenancy is important to reflect any changes to condition at the end of the tenancy.If anything is different and considered above fair wear and tear, the landlord can claim repair, replacement or for additional cleaning costs from the tenant’s deposit.

 

Where possible we will take the meter readings as standard process and if the Tenant is present, we can accept the return of the property’s keys and return these to the preferred location.The Check-Out Report will be sent to the Agent/Landlord within 24 hours via email.
