Both Sharon and Toby have a long history working in the property rental business, we equally understand how inventories are an integral and vitally important part of the rental process.

 

Sharon has experience in property and portfolio management looking after properties spread across the UK, currently she is only concentrating on the South of England.

 

Toby worked in Estate agency for a number of years and further moved into property management, understanding the full process and importance of how accurate and professional inventory documents are imperative to successfully managing and letting a property.

 

Sharon and Toby started The Property Inventory Company specifically to offer inventories with an eye on detail, professionalism and speed of process.  We understand that you don’t always have spare time or experience to carry out all duties required at the beginning of new tenancies.

 

The Property Inventory Company is fully insured, operating with the latest digital software and is able to perform inventories quickly and professionally with a quick turnaround.
