Mid Term Inspection

Once a property is let, it is beneficial to both the Landlord and the Tenant to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Both Landlords and Tenants can benefit from our Interim Reports service. We can arrange to either meet the Tenant at the property or obtain their consent to arrange key collection from either yourself or the tenant, if the tenant is not going to be present.

An Interim Report, also known as Routine Inspections is conducted during the tenancy of the property, they can be carried out monthly, quarterly or every six months.  These inspections will highlight any maintenance issues you may be unaware of, it will also confirm the living condition of your tenant and can highlight any unauthorised occupation, unexpected pets or signs of smoking.

An Interim Report can also make Tenants aware of any potential liabilities they may be responsible for. We can provide Tenants with helpful advice regarding the remainder of their tenancy and necessary steps they can take prior to Check-Out.
