Block Management Inspections

These are routine, on-site walk-throughs of shared residential buildings (like apartment blocks or housing estates). Conducted by experienced property clerks, we bridge the gap between heavy legal audits and allow you to free up property managers by us actively monitoring day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and security.

Key Checks:​

• External Fabric: Assessing the roof, gutters, drains, and car parks for wear and tear.

• Security Systems: Testing entry phones, communal lighting, and CCTV cameras.

• Emergency Systems: Flick-testing emergency lights and checking fire extinguishers to ensure nothing has been damaged or vandalized (Please note we are not able to check the substance inside the fire extinguisher), this will need to be carried out by a professional fire certified individual, of which we can arrange.

• Contractor Oversight: Ensuring cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance staff are properly fulfilling their duties as per their required project specification.​

• Communal Areas: Inspecting entrances, lobbies, hallways and stairwells for damage, cleanliness, and clear escape routes.
