  • Send business-to-business marketing about our services to letting agents, landlords and other relevant business contacts (legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time.

4) Marketing preferences

If you receive marketing from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at contact@propertyinventoryco.co.uk If you opt out, we will stop marketing to you.

5) Who we share your data with

We may share personal data with trusted suppliers who help us run our business, for example:

  • Our website and forms provider (Wix)

  • Our email provider (Google/Gmail)

  • Our email marketing provider (Brevo)

 

We only share what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

6) How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Client/job records: up to 6 years for accounting, legal and contractual purposes

  • Enquiries that do not become customers: up to 12 months

  • Marketing contacts: kept unless you opt out (and if you opt out, we keep a minimal record to ensure we don’t contact you again)

You have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to access your data, correct it, request deletion in certain circumstances, restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing), and request data portability in certain circumstances.
