All Inventory Reports are compiled in accordance with recognised industry standards.

Our accurate and fully detailed reports are produced using the latest software including date stamp and high-quality colour digital photographs.  We will give you access to your own portal to view and download your own personalised reports.

During the Inventory inspection we will itemise all fixtures, fittings and any contents.  The condition of the property and contents is recorded with photographic evidence and body text.

Where possible, meter readings will be taken as part of our standard process.
