Mid-Term Inspections:-

Both Landlords and Tenants can benefit from our Interim Reports service. We can arrange to either meet the Tenant at the property or obtain their consent to arrange key collection.

Check In:-

At Check-In we collect keys from your chosen location and arrange to meet your Tenant at the rental property, either on or prior to the start of their Tenancy.

Check Out:-

At Check-Out inventory, we visit the property at the end of the Tenancy, either with or without the Tenant present. The property is inspected throughout and the Check Out report will detail any differences between check in and check out.
